Customer service representatives are equipped with LIVE Video of the store to help and walk you through everything as if they were in the store with you. Our card system technology allows us to look up your laundry card number and see all transactions, payment processing, machines used. Almost all  issues can be resolved remotely by looking up your account.

SHARON HILL:
We have a total of  28 dryers and 26 washers. Weight allowance ranges from 20lb to 85lb for the washers, and 35lb to 83lb for the dryers 
PRIMOS:
We have a total of 16 dryers and 13 washers. Weight allowance ranges from 20lb to 65lb for the washers, and 35lb to 50lb for the dryers 

Yes! Shorter cycles use less energy. Larger loads mean fewer loads and less spending! You also have the option to choose your load size so the machines optimize water usage

Absolutely! We have machines that can accommodate larger items like quilts and sleeping bags. Our durable and efficient machines are designed to finish even the largest loads in about an hour!

The last load must be in the washer/dryer 1 hour before close. The doors automatically lock at the closing time stated on the "Locations" page of this website, and displayed inside the stores

Items are not permitted to be left in laundry machines unattended. 

Items left in machines for over an hour after the cycle finishes can be removed for other customers to use. 

Items will be removed from machines at the end of the night and will be held in our lost and found for 7 days.

To pick up left items, lost and found can be accessed when the cleaning staff is on site 1 hour before closing.

We are a self-service laundromat and are not responsible for any items left unattnded by customers.   

Yes, every washer, dryer, and money card machine will have instructions on how to use each machine. You are also welcome to call our phone number on our signage if you have any issues.

Some key points to note: 

• All liquid detergents, powder and fabric softener go inside the compartments on the top of each washing machines
• DETERGENT PODS do not go in the top compartments. They go directly inside the washing machine with your items 
• The water in the washing machine takes a few moments to begin flowing

Our machines have a sanitizing cycle to ensure that no residue was left behind from the customer prior to your wash!

All machines require a My Friend's Laundromat card that you get at the kiosk inside our laundromats. The kiosks take cash, debit or credit cards, EBT cash benefits & ApplePay. $10 minimum required when using cards, EBT or ApplePay

Our Kiosks do not accept change, and do not give change for bills

We highly suggest registering your card with personal information so we can reissue your card with its balance if lost

We stay on top of our monthly payment processors scans to help protect our customers

45 lb Machines (4 loads of laundry): $6.99

65 lb Machines (6 loads of laundry): $9.99

85lb Machines  (8 loads of laundry): $12.99

DRYERS: 

.39 cents per 6 minutes (35 pounds)  

.59 cents per 6 minutes (50 pounds)

.79 cents for 6 minutes  (83 pounds)

LARGE BILL PROMO FOR CASH CARD LOADING:
-$10 bill receives $1 bonus
-$20 bill receives $2 bonus

-$50 bill receives $5 bonus

-$100 bill receives $10 bonus
